Judgement Date for Federal Court Appeal

CSR Limited advises that the Full Federal Court has scheduled Friday 23 April 2010 at 9:30 am to deliver its judgement regarding CSR’s appeal of the decision declining to order the convening of a shareholder meeting to consider the proposed demerger of its Sugar and Renewable Energy Business, Sucrogen.

CSR will advise the market when the outcome of the appeal hearing is known.
