Final settlement of CSR, AMATEK agreement
CSR Limited said that the sale of CSR’s Formica® laminates business to the Amatek Group had been finalised, with settlement occurring today.
CSR and the Amatek Group have also finalised the supply contract under which CSR will supply Amatek with particleboard.
The agreements were subject to a number of regulatory and other approvals, which have now been received.
CSR said the agreements were completed as outlined in the release to the ASX dated 22 July 1999.
