CSR Limited wishes to advise that Anne Brennan has resigned from herposition of Chief Financial Officer, to take effect after the company'sfinancial year end of 31 March 2008.

Ms Brennan intends to pursue her career in the private equity sector.CSR has commenced a recruitment process to find a suitable replacement.
