CSR Limited advises that the Full Federal Court has finished hearing CSR’s appeal of the decision declining to order the convening of a meeting of CSR’s shareholders to consider the proposed demerger of CSR’s Sugar and Renewable Energy business, Sucrogen.

As expected, the Court has reserved its decision.

CSR will advise the market when the outcome of the appeal hearing is known.
